In-stock items will ship within 1-4 business days from receipt of order. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Occasionally an item may be back-ordered from our supplier. You will be notified should this occur.

Express shipping is available which significantly reduces the shipping time. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us and we can help you select the best option.

Applause! Toy Store uses Canada Post Express Post (that makes our items insurable and traceable). As a result, it costs a little more than regular mail. But this also means that your order gets to you much faster and allows us to confirm it got to you as the shipper promised. All shipments are insured and given a tracking number.

• Remote Locations
  Please note that there are some exceptions and remote locations within Canada and the U.S. that will require additional shipping charges.

In all cases, a customer service representative will contact you upon receipt of your order should there be any change in rates. You will have the option of paying an additional shipping charge or canceling the order.

Yes, orders may be picked up at any of our 3 locations in Bracebridge, Gravenhurst or Huntsville, Ontario.

In the comments section of the check-out page, please mention at which of our locations you would like your order held for pick-up. In-stock items will be ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will notify you once the order is at your desired store.
